Help!
I've never logged in before.
How can I log in?
If you've never logged in before & you did not receive an invitation email you'll need to create an account on the plancenter.
1.
To do this click the 'Sign Up!' button on the login dialog
If the plancenter you're trying to create an account with does not have the Sign Up! button, you'll have to contact their plancenter Administrator to have an account created for you.

After you click the sign up! button, you'll be given a dialog where you can enter in your email address, after you enter in your email address and click the 'Create Account' button you will be sent an email with a link that will log you into the Account Setup Wizard

Follow this link and you'll be taken directly to the Account Setup Wizard

Complete the Wizard and you should be logged in and ready to view projects!I received a notification email but I've never logged in before..
Never Logged In, but I got an email.
If you've never logged into the plancenter before you're going to need an account. Since you received a notification email you already have an account in the system and can login to the account setup wizard with a single click!

your notification should look something like this, Just click the link 'Login to view Project and you'll be sent to the account setup wizard

Complete the Wizard and you should be logged in and ready to view projects!I've forgotten my password.
How can I Reset my password?

To reset your password follow the 'lost your password?' link on the login dialog

This will take you to the password reset dialog, fill in your email address and click 'Email Password'

After a few minutes you will receive an email with a link for resetting your password.

Follow this link and you'll be taken directly to the Account Setup Wizard

Complete the Wizard, choosing a new password you'll be logged in and ready to view projects again!I've reset my password and it still doesn't let me in!
I've reset my password and it still wont let me in!!
- Make sure you're using the right email address
- Passwords are case sensitive, make sure you're entering it correctly
- Double check that you're logging into the correct plancenter (the logo at the top left of the home screen is usually a good indicator)
- Try again
- If none of that helps, contact your plancenters help line or administrator
